Once we move into our new Club next year, we will refurbish the 4,000 Sq. Ft. modular building so it meets city codes and the PGI Civic Association deed restrictions. The primary change will be to the roof structure so it matches the main building. We will also reconfigure the buildings bathrooms so they can serve the pool area and visiting boaters. In addition, the Dock Master and Maintenance Office will be placed in this building. This should leave about 3,000 Sq. Ft. to be used for other purposes in the club.
